EurOPDX Pipelines

EurOPDX Galaxy bioinformatics pipelines provide a PDX data provider with possibility to process raw sequencing data with standardized workflows, upload the processed data into a sandbox DataPortal/cBioPortal and test the data before making them available for other users.
