IRCC-CRC Expression Microarray

Data probe-level expression levels were downloaded from GSE76402 using GEOQuery, log2 transformed, then only the probes that Illumina maps to an entrez gene were kept. Only a list of 9872 genes considered expressed was kept. A z-score transformation for each gene across samples was then applied.
